You acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is waived once access is granted.

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided after access has been delivered, except where required by law.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will:

  • receive a lower insurance quote

  • save any specific amount of money

  • achieve any particular outcome

Results vary depending on individual circumstances, insurer criteria, and market conditions.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once access has been granted.

1–1 Service

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • the service has not yet been delivered, or

  • no meaningful guidance or actionable insights could be provided

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • the service has been delivered

  • the Customer changes their mind

  • the Customer does not achieve a desired result

  • the Customer fails to follow the guidance provided

All refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.

8. Cancellation Rights

You acknowledge that, under UK consumer law, your right to cancel within 14 days is waived once:

to your payment provider in the event of a dispute.
